The only real problem I have is that the cables came out of the package extremely poorly wrapped. They werent properly rolled up so when you unroll them, they are extremely twisted.

The cables were great at first but with some minimal use (less than 6 months) the connectors starting shorting out. We are not hard on our equipment and our stuff is only used by our group so it's not like it is passed around through folks who don't know how to handle music equipment, but these cables just don't hold up to normal use. They would be great for plugging them in and leaving them stationary, but not much else that we've found. Disappointed that was not even any hint of a warranty either.

Comments about Atlas Sound Atlas Signal Mic Cable:

I am very pleased with these cables. Other reviews say they are poorly wound so they are twisted and hard to deal with. If you take 30 extra seconds to wind and un-wind each cable slowly and get the twists out they are flawless. The price and durability of the cable and connectors make it well worth it. I have 5 of these; the cost is cheaper than 2 Monster cables; and 33' is a perfect length between 25' and 50' length as others have said.

I have noticed improvements in sound clarity. It can go all the way across the stage to the powered mixer at live shows (running our own sound) without a problem. I have played many outdoor/beach-front gigs and the salt air and humid conditions does a number on cheaper instrument and mic cables BUT NOT THESE! I have been using these for almost 2 years and have not had a single problem.

*I also highly recommend Deoxit spray which prevents corrostion, improves electicity connection, and prolongs cable/jack life. I even sprayed my SM58 microphone and input/output jacks with Deoxit and noticed that it was my mic connection and not the cables that caused occasional noise.

Comments about Atlas Sound Atlas Signal Mic Cable:

This cable is the best value I have found in a budget priced cable. I have been using them for right at 2 years and they work flawlessly. Tight fitting connecters, long lengths if needed and clear sound signal. Buying more is what I will do.

Comments about Atlas Sound Atlas Signal Mic Cable:

I bought this because I needed a 30' mic cable and it was cheap. I wanted to see how cheap.
This cable doesn't appear sturdy enough for road work. The connectors are molded to the cable which is thin and not very flexible.
The connectors do fit tightly to the microphone and the mic pre so I hope they are more reliable than the standard cheapie ones with grey plastic inserts. Time will tell.

I used this cable for the first time just recently and I was very pleased with the quality of this cable. I have purchased inexpensive cables in the past and they proved to be unreliable. For the money, this cable worked well. Nice tight connections and long enough to be used in any setting. This will be my first choice for future needs.

Comments about Atlas Sound Atlas Signal Mic Cable:

This was bought for home studio and occasional gig use. The conectors fit well at both ends and are easy to connect and disconnect. I don't think it is heavy enough for a world tour but for the part time weekend warrior it is a good cable for the price.

Comments about Atlas Sound Atlas Signal Mic Cable:

This cable is the best value available, the cable is tough material that does not develop opens or shorts, when it is new it is a little stiff and hard to route, but with use it softens up and will lie flat. The connectors are the best part, they connect tight and will not cause noise if jiggled. The length is just right at 33' (longer than the 25' cables and shorter than the 50')

Seems to handle the signal okay.
