Comments about Black Diamond Black Coated Nickel Electric Guitar Strings:

When I can get them, they are all I use. Not a fan of elixcers, but these are awesome. I have very acidic fingers. These are the only strings that really hold up and stay in tune. Nice clear tone.

Comments about Black Diamond Black Coated Nickel Electric Guitar Strings:

Wow! 1st time using these Black coated strings and I am sold. Took a little getting used to them being harder to see in low light but the trade off is worth it. Really richened up the tone on my Godin Icon II and they feel great on my fingers. It took about three evenings of playing to decide that they are my go-to strings now.

Comments about Black Diamond Black Coated Nickel Electric Guitar Strings:

These are the only strings i use. there getting harder to find so I buy as many as possible when I can. very smooth and great tone and sustain. I use them on all my guitars acoustic and electric.SG,Westbury custom RR1 Jackson, Ovation, Wolfgang USA. They also resist finger oil build up so a quick wipe and ready to go. less fretboard ware cause there coated. I have tried all the other strings out there and these are by far the best I'm surprised that there aren't any star endorsements yet. but I guess there all to busy making money with there own stuff! Any way there great strings just save some for me!

      Worst strings ever.

Comments about Black Diamond Black Coated Nickel Electric Guitar Strings:

I used these strings once because I am fan of Elixers coated strings for accoustic. I changed them out for my old dead strings and sure enough...no sound difference. Brand new, these strings already sounded dead. Additionally, as you play on them, the coating chips off of the picking area rather quickly. I would say that this is a useful feature, because when the coating was gone it would let you know when to change them, but being as they sounded dead from the start, it really doesn't matter.
