    Ive been trying to get agood tone out of a baritone uke which i converted to from a broken 31" kids guitar. I tuned your tenor strings to A,D,F#,B and love the resulting sound. Now I have to learn how to play it. Pop-Pop[a satisfied customer]

    D'Addario J54 [with wrapped 3rd] Tenor Uke are the Bee's Knees !!

    Comments about D'Addario J54 tenor Ukulele/Ha:

    Very fine strings / Good value / Wonderful Tone and Performance
    the D'Addario J54s with a wrapped 3rd (C) - for my Tenor Uke - are really very nice...they have a wonderfully mellow tone, and stay well tuned after a relatively short break-in period.... They were relatively quickly available and that is a plus -- believe it or not, you made it easier to get than two of my local "well stocked" music shops.... So Thank you, Folks at Musician's Friend --- I appreciate the service.
    The Value for the dollar, through Musician's Friend, is by far better than any retail store in my vicinity !!
