Great For Jazz

Comments about D'Andrea Pro Plec Small Pointed Square Guitar Picks One Dozen:

This pick is really for the guys who are used to picks like the Dunlop Jazz III. I actually used to use those and the Eric Johnson signature model Jazz III for my jazz gigs but have since switched to these D'andreas. these picks have a much warmer tone than the dunlops and you can really hear every single note when you strum a chord. it also makes single note solos more defined. I don't recommend this for the rock players. for my rock gigs i still play with the eric johnson jazz III. Overall, this pick is excellent for jazz. Don't believe me? listen to Jonathan Kreisberg. He uses these picks.
The pick doesn't really get dull very much unless you do pick slides but since you probaby want this for jazz, you won't do that.
