These strings were great. They sounded new longer than most strings I've used, and they stayed in tune a lot longer than my other strings.

These strings sound breathtaking. They're crisp and dramatic, emotional and clear, with great tone. I've never had my guitar sound so much like an instrument as with the strings. They're great... for about a week. After a week the crispness pines away, the volume fades, and the only emotion they inspire is longing. If you're going to play a show or record tomorrow, GO BUY THESE STRINGS, but unless you want to re string every week you'd might want to go with another string. Also, the larger gauge strings are very pronounced. The medium gauges are nice, but you can really better appreciate the beauty of these strings with the more pronounced heavy gauges.

I strung my Martin 00CXAE acoustic-electric guitar with these suckers. These strings produce very rich overtones, almost blues-like. They best my old favorite, the 'Martin Marquis Phosphor Bronze lights'. These strings also bend quite well, compared to Martin's 10's.Overall, nice sweet tone. I cannot comment on the strings longevity because I have only had these strings on for 2 weeks.

This gauge of string lets me play lead on the high strings and get great bass on the low end. I go through two sets of strings a week, but these strings last longer than some other brands I've tried. They work great for me. Give 'em a try, you might be very suprised. I know I was.

Once you get the setup properly adjusted on your guitar for these XL acoustic strings, you can rock and roll and play some blues with super tone and bendable action.

Cheap strings that show their value. Slide is horrible, and really does a number on your fingers. I'd rather give out the extra money for some EXP's.
