I had a lot of problems breaking strings, but once I started buying these, I didn't have that problem. They still break, but it is like once a month as opposed to once every three days.

These strings are really great. I know they are meant for detuning and stuff but I hardly play anything lower than D. But the sound so great when tuned normal. The have the natural sound of an acoustic clean but with distortion they sound so much better than a normal gauge set of strings. Try them and tune them normal if your fingers are strong cause you gotta have some strength to bend these. Or tune them down and play some heavy stuff.

I bought these from MF and they're very heavy and with a pristine sound. I use it on my dropped tuned guitar and the difference in quality is clear. I recommend these strings to anyone who uses dropped tunings, you'll be very satisfied!!

Nice toneful strings. With my Schecter C1 Classic's Neck adjusted for Drop Db, these strings sound perfect in many tunings. Drop D, drop Db, 1/2 step down, C# all sound great. Not too tight and not too loose.

These strings are the greatest, they are for people who mant little more than just the hweavy bottom strings. These help so that when in standard tuning your guitar sounds so full and tonefull and well defined you won't beleive it. For lower tunings these strings are perfect, they will never sound floppy and will perfect tone i mentioned above. These strings last a long time as well, get em' they rule!

These are my choice of strings, no doubt about it. I own an ESP MH-50 and they sound so great through it. They'll hold a C# (C#, F#, B, etc..) very tight, and if you want to, you can drop the C# down to a B and play some Slipknot or Chevelle. They have awesome tone, aren't loose, and last a very long time. No lie, I've had these on my guitar for 3 months. They're great!

Most standard guitar strings are just plain old BLAH. They have the normal old boring tone, nothing new. Time for a change. The DT strings have the tone for the rock, the metal, the power hidden in the soul. These strings give the lower notes the tone they deserve, and, finally, create the warm, powerful sound most people look for in their strings. They last, not bending or snapping within the first 3 months like many strings I've tried, but these actually perform well far into their lifetime. These strings I recommend for any rocker buying from this site.
