These are the end all strings. Way better than, Ernie Balls which break like twigs. The only strings that hold up are G.H.S, or D.R's. But still the best I've found.

Damn good strings. They give you a really fat tone. I had GHS Boomers before and they were good strings but didn't give me the tone I desired.

If you're looking for a durable set of strings with a little bit bigger gauge, these are the ones for you.

These strings are great. They have a really heavy tone and I get a real fat sound out of my amp. They are really good if you like to play in lower tunings because they won't go sharp like regular strings will. All in all, they're an excellent set of strings.

I got these strings because they got high marks from other people, and I wanted to experiment with other strings. I had been using D'Addario strings previously. I can agree that they do give a "fatter" tone. I also got these because I like the gauges they come in. They were very comfortable on the fingers and easy to play. They didn't feel like mediums on the les paul that I used, but they sounded like it. The reason that I rated the quality so low is because when playing on my Tele style US Masters guitar my high E string broke while playing live only 4 days after I restrung my guitar. I replaced the high E string and the next night it broke again playing live. In between sets I replaced the high E a third time and it broke while tuning/stretching it out. My D'Addario's took weeks to break if at all. Wouldn't recomend these strings for aggressive players.

like i said, these strings suck. if you wanna break a string mid-set, buy these mothers. if not, like the rest of us, ernie ball all the way baby.
