    way too tight!

    Comments about DiMarzio Bell Replacement Knob 1-10:

    Buy these if you never plan on taking them off. I was upgrading a strat with new pots, a new switch, and new knobs. I put them on before I did any work just to see what they would look like, when I tried to take them off they would not come off no matter what I tried. I decided to take some pliers and pull them off being as gentle as I could be, but as soon as I applied the slightest bit of pressure the first one shattered. I went back to trying to pry them off but no deal. These are made form the cheapest plastic I've ever seen. I have read reviews about Dimarzio products not fitting and it seems to be true to a certain extent. I bought a cap for the switch, it was way too loose for the import, but fit perfect on the American. Maybe this was the case with these but I'll never know because they shattered before I could try them out. They did look pretty cool though!lol
