DR Strings

Stainless steel bass strings on a hex core for bright high end and great depth.

Lo-Rider stainless steel bass strings are roundwound and constructed on a hexagonal core. They provide more depth of tone and are a bit stiffer than Hi-Beams. Bass players who are into slapping, popping, and tapping will love the high end and depth of Lo-Riders. The slight bit of stiffness makes these strings very accurate when playing harmonics. Great consistency and great string-to-string balance are DR hallmarks. Fits scale lengths up to 37-3/4".

Gauges 50-70-90-110.

The Old-School bass string of choice.

Comments about DR Strings Lo-Rider EH-50 Heavy Stainless Steel 4-String Bass Strings:

I've used Lo-Riders for a few years now. I really like DR strings, they have a good resistance feel. This is the kind of bass string which will leave you with blisters if you play them hard enough!DR Strings are completely hand made and the quality shows, these strings last longer, sound better and stay consistent more then any string i've used as a bass player.I use these strings on a Squire P-Bass and they allow the punch to kick through perfectly. If your looking for a long lasting string at a reasonable price, I will whole-heartily recommend DR Strings.
