It solved a problem I had with my sound, it solved a problem I had with my power solutions and it did so in a very tight little package.

If I get more pedals I would not hesitate to buy another of these.
It can power 8 pedals @ 9 volts or 3 @ 18 volts. I have 8 pedals in my bass rig and it solved one problem immidiately. My Aguilar AGRO was humming until I used the DC Brick. I couldn't be happier. I was surprised at how small it really was, like others have mentioned. The blue light is BRIGHT but matches my FloorQ light and the blue light on my MarkBass too. A nice accidental theme I guess.

It came with all the wires I needed to run all my pedals.
It really is built like a brick. It's dead simple and has very little that can go wrong. Fit and finish looked fantastic when I got it and still does.
You can't touch what it does for the price. To be honest it was the main reason I got it. I learned how great it was AFTER I had owned it.

I use this DC-Brick to power 5 pedals in twin amp rig. I can't think of anything bad to say about it. It keeps my pedals going and hasn't caused any issues with noise. So overall, I'm glad I bought it

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

I recommend this pedal for any musician that expects quality on a budget. If it were stolen or lost, I would buy another. I have used just about all the power modules on the market. Most of them are sold on their name brand and can not deliver on the price, but the DC comes through on all of the above and is made by a name you can trust. Buy one of these and you will be glad you did.
Features are simple and can handle up to 8 pedals requiring 9V power, and 3 requiring 18V. The DC is very compact for the amount of pedals it can power. The power light is a cobalt blue and very bright. No hum, and totally a quiet operation.
Built like a mini Sherman tank. Durable and rugged. Should last for years and years.
Compared to its competitors, it is by far the biggest bang for the buck, and handles more pedals, too.

The ONLY one

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

Ok. I know there are lots of power supplies out there... this is it. I have owned 3 of these over the years, and they are AWESOME! I've only had one problem with the power supply supplying low current, but that only happened after the supply served me faithfully for 4 years AND i dropped it hard on concrete... heck, it still worked, just had a dim light on it! I just bought a new one to replace the power supply (and to get the new version, i had 2 really old ones...) and works like a charm again. No other market power supply gives you the 18v option, which is much more useful than you would think. I'm running a FD2 and my OCD at 18v, and another DC brick.... Currently i have it set up to run another DC brick and 16 pedals total, 16! get that off a PP2! It does not have the trendy 'sag' option, or the designated Line 6 modeler outputs, but why would you ever use them? If you are pushing a vintage pedal that sounds better 'sagged' odds are you would run it with a battery anyways. The line 6 pedals internally convert the AC to 9v as a scheme to make you buy their power supplies... buy a visual sound adapter ($3) and you're set. By far the best and only power supply i would ever use.

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

After 2 days of playing with this it just died on me. So i called the store and they shipped me out a new one. I've got that same one after owning it for over 2 years. It's quiet, cheep, and great sound quality. I dont get the reviews that say it's noisey or junk. Maby they got a lemon like i did. I def reommend this if you need a power supply.

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

I did the batery thing for a while, not a cheep way but saved the clutter of power wires. i picked up one of these at sam ash the other day and will never use another batery again. It is great it is not like one of thoes daisy chains that conects one pover source and just spits it. this has individual sourcces for each pedal and i would say if u need 2 for your set up then buy them its worth it. It does not make any noise and comes with all the power cables and is compatibble with any boss, mxr, etc. pedals including the older ibanez pedals with the power source that looked like a head phone jack. It is powerful enough to run 9 volt and 18 volt efects which means u can hook your eq or loop station in to it. One of the bes things i have ever purchased i strongly sudgest getting one.

Great way to power my pedals

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

I needed a way to safely power my pedals, (I already blew a wah, didn't want it to happen again). So I did some research and found this thing, let me tell you, I don't regret buying this thing at all. It's very small and takes up little space (the picture makes it look bigger than it actually is) and it's very convenient and simple to set up. It was a little pricey seeing as how only one around here had it and I didn't buy it off MF, but it was worth it. Would you rather pay for an excessive amount of batteries? Or tons of adapters which take up space? Why not get this thing, its great, I highly recommend it.

This Rocks!

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

This is the best thing that has happened to my pedalboard since I built it in 85'. I had built a custom power strip for multiple wall warts and a distribute box with eight outputs. Lots of wires and mess to deal with. This little box eliminated most of my custom stuff and simplified the whole affair to a nice appearing well organized pedalboard. By the way it also quieted all the noise and ground problems that were so annoying. It had all the connector cables for my pedals (even my ProCo A/B Box) and some extra. Do yourself a favor and get one today!!!!

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

Awesome
Much smaller than I imagined. This little guy solved a lot of my problems. I used to have spaghetti of hum generating transormers and cables. Now I said good bye to hum and tangle. It powers both input and effects loop at the same time with no interference. It powers my 18 and 9V pedals with ease.
Well built. Lots of patch cables.
Good bang for the buck.

Throw Bricks At Your Daisy Chain

By KMHrock89

from Somerset, KY

See all my reviews

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

I have four pedals, including the Boss TU-2 with pedal output, and I daisy-chained to an MXR Carbon Copy Delay, Fulltone OCD, and Line6 Uber Metal (not in that order). And YES, I am planning on getting plenty more. I didn't think I had problems with tone or sound. Then my chain cord shorted out, I got this after my satisfaction with the Carbon Copy (Dunlop brand). I hooked it all up and wow, I can tell a difference in clarity and everything. No Holy Grail time effects so I can't address the noise issue. It is well built and the 18v to my OCD makes it really sing now (side note). The Brick costs a lot more than a chain but versatile with 7 9V outputs and 3 18V outputs. I don't see how you can go wrong with this.
Oh, and yes, the blue LED is very bright. I love that though. It and my Carbon Copy are going to make me glow blue when I play. That excites me.
Compared with everything that I have seen including the Voodoo lab, I think it offers the most for the best price. 7 9V, 3 18V. Plenty. If you need more, well, dang.
Not rating because I haven't even had it 24 hours. I can say, though, it is a VERY tough piece of equipment, meant for the long haul. The jacks move around a little inside, but thats no concern to me. Yet.
Given everything you've got, and the flexibility this power supply gives the guitarist, why is this NOT a good value?

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

This product really cleaned up my pedal board and made my rig sound better. No more batteries to replace, it sounds better than those cheap daisy chain power supplies and is built rock solid. I have been very pleased with every dunlop item I have bought or used and this product is no exception. The perfect power supply in my opinion.

All the power you need in a tiny unit

By dizzale

from tulsa, OK

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

I love this power supply. I've used daisy chain cables and a few others including the voodoo labs 2, and this is just as good. What blew me away was how small it is, it lets you fit way more pedals on your board. The cables are very long and come with a variety of plug sizes. The LED light is crazy bright but its not a problem. Great product, great price, BUY IT!

There is really nothing to complain about with this product. It has already paid for itself in the amount that I've saved from not having to buy batteries. It does what it's supposed to, and as far as I can tell it doesn't make any noise.

Comments about Dunlop DC-Brick Multi-Power Supply:

This power supply is unbelievable! I use 4 pedals, 3 of which I have been running off of 9V batteries until recently. Not only did this product save me a decent amount of money on batteries, but it does an amazing job cutting down on buzz and static. It really does improve your guitars quality. If you have more than one or two pedals and you do not have a power supply, BUY THIS!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!
