Great Pick!

Features:

Just like the the red XL Jazz III, the black Stiffo plays and feels great! There are a few differences between the two ( red & black ) XL Jazz III's that I would like to mention besides their color of course. These black Stiffo's are well, stiffer than the reds just like the name emplies but has the same thickness as the red XL ( 1.38mm ). Also being stiffer, the tone that it produces is a bit brighter than the red XL. A very noticeable difference when I did a tone comaparison test. The red XL has a warmer and mellower tone and had less pick noise. The black XL Stiffo's are brighter, great attack but has more pick noise compared to the red XL. It has almost the same feel as the red XL. I'm saying that because as soon as you hold it between your fingers and start playing it, you will notice the stiffness of the black XL immediately. I prefer heavy picks myself but I like the tone that the red XL makes but I like the feel of the black XL stiffo so I use them both! So, bottom line is that the red XL has a warmer tone and the black XL Stiffo has a brighter tone. Players that prefer stiffer, heavier picks will love the XL Stiffo's. These things are super rigid!

Quality:

Typical Dunlop top notch quality. Made in USA!

Value:

Great price for a high quality pick!

Overall:

Great sounding and great feeling pick! I will mostly use the XL Stiffo's for acoustic playing as I like the brighter tone it produces and would be great for the heavier gauge acoustic strings. I'll stick with the red XL's for electric playing.

The Best Of The Best

Features:

Superior grip, excellent material and perfect gauge, along with the pointed Jazz tip means excellent tone, excellent playability, and over time, improved technique. After trying these, I refuse to use any other pick.

Quality:

Even if you shred for hours upon hours every day, these picks take forever to wear down. compare the durability of any Jazz III pick to the popular Tortex and Gator Grip picks and you will see a night and day difference. A Tortex's tip will wear down in a week or two. Jazz III? Mine still have yet to wear down, after using them for months.

Value:

No more buying picks every few weeks due to their extreme durability, amazing tone, and overall design.

Overall:

This is the ONLY pick. No other pick exists! Trust me. Now grab yourself a pack of them.

Everyone should use this

Overall:
This is the first time I have used the Jazz III's and they are the BEST! I mean seriously everyone should use this pick instead of any other pick. I was told that the Jazz III picks are small and they can often slip out of your fingers, but these XL feels the same as my regular picks. My picking speed and technique have improved dramatically. My tremolo picking has increased in speed, accuracy, and sounds more articulate than before. I've been able to pull of fast licks that I cannot do before when I was using regular picks. These Jazz III's actually make my guitar sound brighter. Playing chords sound cleaner and not muddy like before. This is the best $3 I have ever used and I hate myself for not getting these picks sooner.
