I own hardshell cases for almost all of my guitars, but I do own a Gibson gig bag that's really nice. So I figured that if Gibson makes such a good gig bag maybe Epiphones might be alright, Boy was I wrong, out of all the gig bags I've seen in my 30 years of playing this is the worst. The only thing this bag does is keep your guitar dry when it rains otherwise you might as well be carring the guitar with nothing on it. There is no padding what so ever.

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

For a gig bag it is fine. Better fit and more padding for my special II than the fender bag for my tele.

    Good gig bag

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

I have two of these bags to protect my Epiphone Les Paul Special II and Epiphone Les Paul Junior. Both fit perfectly.
This gig bag has a fairly large pocket in front to hold cord, picks, etc. It also has shoulder straps that can be removed. Not really necessary for me, but a nice feature.
The quality of this bag is adequate for my needs--keeping the guitar clean and free of dust in my home and during travel. I am careful how I pack it in a car because this bag cannot be expected to provide the protection that a hard case does.
For under the price, this bag is an excellent value.

    Don't even bother....

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

This bag didn't even fit my Epiphone Les Paul right. The bag is manufactured way too tight, the bag barely zips up on the head stock. It's so tight you don't have any additional space to use the pockets on the outside. Keep looking..

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

This bag is perfect for beginners who have a small budget. the straps on the back are a bit odd, but i normally use padded bags. I bought this for my Epiphone Les Paul Ultra when i started out and it fit perfectly. BIG bang for your buck.

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

For the price, this is probably the best gig bag for a Les Paul style guitar on the market. It is made of thick material, well-padded, and has 2 straps instead of just 1.

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

If you're looking for a reasonably priced bag to keep your axe safe while traveling or for storage when not in use then it'll do the job. It's not fancy but it's fairly well padded. After all isn't that all you really want?

I can't agree with comments regarding fit or padding. This is a modestly padded gig bag that fits my Les Paul Classic I perfectly. Finish is just fine. Good deal for the money.

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

I've owned two of these gig bags over the years, and they've both worked just fine. They fit the Epiphone Les Paul Special I and II model guitars fine. I don't know how snug they would be on a carved top Les Paul, but personally, I think if you're going to spend the money on that type of guitar, you should spend the money on a hardshell case. These gig bags offer light protection against dirt, dust, rain, snow, etc, but I wouldn't do serious road travel with them (or any gig bag for that matter-that is what hardshell cases are for). Overall, a great, affordable product that does just what its supposed to!

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Gig Bag:

My Epiphone Les Paul Studio fit in this bag just fine, but the seams started to rip out in less than a week of use. Also, there is very little padding. If you drop your guitar, this bag isn't going to help much.
