Comments about Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky Bass Strings Super Long Scale:

I had these strings on my bass for 10 years and just replaced it with some GHS boomers that sound dull compared to these strings because I couldn't find it at the store. After 10 years of playing, I was seeing fibers sticking out on the strings from picking, but these strings just kept going and going with awesome bright sound.

Comments about Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky Bass Strings Super Long Scale:

Bought a Schecter bass from M F and it came with Ernie Ball strings on it. Before really getting serious on bass I admit I used anything from the cheapest (ROGUE, really not that bad considering the price) to old standby Fender strings. But Schecter was close to top end and came with all the right stuff. After playing and playing I called M F and they told me the strings that came on it and haven't looked back since. I can play twice as long without finger discomfort, tone is great and they last me 6 months at a time. (That's when automatically I change them so nothing happens on stage). Wouldn't use anything else ever again.
