How do you review a guitar pick? Well, this is my favorite shape for picks. I find them easy to hold. I used to buy the Dunlop Tortex picks in this shape, but they've gotten hard to find and I like the smooth feel of these Fenders. And with the mediums, I can go from guitar to bass and back again.
So there. A review of a simple, small piece of plastic.

The material sounds better than some celluloid picks I've tried. Overall, I think Fender makes great picks. The pick has three points you can use. Definitely for those who don't mind a big pick.

These picks have 3 sides to wear down so it's like buying 3 picks for the price of one. Also, they are slightly larger than a standard one sided pick giving you more surface area to grip. Finally, if you alternate between fingerpicking or tapping & keep your pick tucked in to your hand while playing this way, you don't have to be as concerned about finding the correct pick position (because of the 3 points/sides) as a standard pick when you go back to flat picking.

Ok, got around to trying these and for a tri-point 346 shaped pick, I'm surprisingly impressed. Been using them (Heavys) on my Washburn P-Bass copy and the sound and feel is superb. I'll occasionally pick one up when playing my SG, but like most if not all 346 tri-tips, they do seem a little cumbersome. Though these Fender celluloids may not be as durable as the Clayton Acetals or Ultems, they are good picks and let's face it, with any 346 tri-tips, you get the most pick for the money.

when i first started playing guitar, the first pick i ever really liked, was a fender 351 heavy celluloid pick, and i decided to buy this for the extra playability, and now it is my new favorite pick (i always keep one in my wallet). the only thing that i don't like, is the picks fell out in the box during my delivary, and i could only find 11:(
heavy picks last long, and three edgesallow for more playing.
i got heavy, and is the most durable pick i've ever used
with essentially 9 picks for a dollar, you can't go wrong

I play pick style (ala Lemmy) bass, and these picks hold up to hard rock styling without breaking and are comfortable. They make picking the heaviest strings easy. Great for rythym guitar, too.

I went to Elderly to jam and forgot to bring picks. So I randomly grabbed one of these out of their little dish at the counter and used it for the afternoon. I put it in my pocket afterwards and took it home. I ended up using it in band practice during the next week and began to notice that I was much better with this pick than with other picks that I had been using. It has all of the control of a thick pick, but just enough give to grant great tone to acoustic strumming. The extra size gives me enhanced grip options, lending me superior control while changing my pick angle and attack.I never thought a pick would matter, but it really does.

these picks are cool. kerry king uses these kind and it is the same pick that is jack blacks lucky pick. they like all fenders dont really last long but you can use 3 tips.
