This is a well made bag with everything it should have. The handle on the back up behind the guitar nut makes it easy to move in tight spaces, like in a crowded bedroom or an RV. I was very happy with all handles and straps. The padding is good as well as the overall construction. I also liked that little cosmetic touch of a metal guitar pick as a zipper pull in front. Bear in mind though, that this is a bag and not a soft shell case.

I bought this bag a couple years ago to use for transport to gigs since I liked all the storage options and the sturdy, but lightweight design. For that purpose, the bag performs well. Last month I attended a 4-day music festival/jam and the bag got heavy use, 16 hours a day, moving from spot to spot and frequent access to the pockets. Under that heavy use, the strap system was very comfortable, easy to get on and off, and they held up well, but the pocket zippers functioned poorly. They jammed frequently, one zipper popped open and two pulls just came right off. By the end of the long weekend, I was down one pocket and had safety pin pulls on the others. I'll be looking for a higher end bag with better zippers going forward.

I like this bag. Especially the various compartments. However, I'm concerned how the carry straps are attached to the bag. It's a little hard to explain, but the metal strap hardware is secured to the bag through stitching. The stitching looks weak (I hope I'm wrong). Only time will tell.
I play, carry this bag almost every day as part of my work. If this bag last for 5 years... the money was well spent.

I have a very inexpensive guitar and I need an inexpensive Bag/Case. This bag works well for a NEX bodied Jasmine and an "Advanced Jumbo" Epiphone. The padding is pretty thick. But it does not have any rigid supports like some bags. I needed a backpack style gig-bag to take my guitar out riding my bicycle to go busking. This does well. Good bang for the buck.

Bought it as a gift for my brother-in-law. No one more picky or harder to please. He loves it so far. Will comment later on how he feels after some time. If there's a con, he'll find one. My assessment after just examining the bag for the first time, I haven't found any bag in this price range that even comes close to offering what this bag has.
