Comments about Fender SKB Molded Standard Dreadnought Case:

good case. has the same aluminum molding / seal as an SKB economy one and no metal nubs for feet on the bottom like one but the plastic seems MUCH thicker.

bought it for the imbedded fender name / logo to match my guitar CE400 t-bucket. fits fine and not too snug near bodyside controls.

it's a good case in my opinion and with prices of late it's well priced for what ya get.

    3 stars says average, 4 good and 5 excellent. I think it's a good case, but I wasn't overwhelmed at all so 4 stars... = )

Comments about Fender SKB Molded Standard Dreadnought Case:

After nearly 20 years my old case was rather road weary. It was a cheaper "hard shell" case that was "thrown in" when I purchased my Fender Accoustic/Electric DG 6 string. I really wanted and needed a new case. I purchased an SKB case for my Les Paul a number of years ago and it's still doing well. So when I found this SKB case made for Fender DG models, and at a fair price, I placed an order. Mind you: it's a guitar case and does what a case is supposed to do. I'm thinking I've bought my last case for the guitar that's rests there now.

Fender SKB Case not such a good fit

Comments about Fender SKB Molded Standard Dreadnought Case:

I purchased this case to go with my new Fender Elvis Kingman Clambake guitar. This case isn't a good fit for that guitar because the compartment for the guitar body is too wide allowing an inch or more gap on both sides of the guitar. With the lid closed it seems as though the guitar doesn't move around inside but that may change once the inside padding obtains some wear over time. This is a nice case though and I would recommend it for other guitars that would fit better inside. Fender should recommend which acoustic guitars this case is made to fit.
