Capture the unique tone of your resophonic guitar.

The Fishman Bluegrass Series Passive Pickup for your National-Style resophonic guitar is simple and unobtrusive. The size and shape of a small washer, this Bluegrass pickup captures that funky, throaty resophonic tone with unprecedented accuracy and resistance to feedback.

Fasten the passive pickup to the center of your National-style resophonic guitar's cone. Fishman recommends an impedance matching preamp (not required) and professional installation for the passive Bluegrass pickup.

Not sure this was the culprit

Comments about Fishman Bluegrass Series Passive National-Style Pickup:

I recently bought a Dobro with this pickup installed... When I plugged it in it sounded good, but I kept hearing a high frequency ringing over anything I was doing, and it naturally made the pickup system completely unusable. When I took it to a specialist he said it happened because of low quality cone and a lousy pickup. He recommended I changed both for a price of over $300. So I sent the instrument back. Maybe this pickup works with a better cone, but be mindful of this problem...
