Comments about Fishman M-200 Archtop Professional Mandolin Replacement Maple Bridge Pickup:

PROS- great natural sound. Do not have to shape this adjustable bridge, but do have to cut notches.

CONS- The bracket for the 1/4 inch jack does not mount well onto all mandolins. If the top and back are slanted, then this will be pulled off of the instrument. I needed to have my luthier jerry-rig a shim to prevent the instrument jack bracket from being pulled off when I unplugged a jack. For slanted tops/backs, it is advisable to purchase the less expensive version of this that does not have a moutning bracket.
