I previously bought one of the nylon version straps. There is no comparison. This is a much better strap, the leather ends seem to be more glove type, and alot more comfortable, while being more guitar friendly. Not a whole lot difference in price, but alot of difference in quality.

Well made product as always from Franklin. I have a few of thier swede straps on my electrics, so I figured I try out the cotton one on a new acoustic. I am quite happy with the product, the quality is great, the cotton is thick and resiliant, much less slippery than nylon, but not quite as stuck in place as the swede ones. For the price they are unbeatable.
