The headline says it all! I used to use an old overnight luggage bag which protected the mixer but I always kind of hated working with it because it was bulky and awkward. Now I don't hate using my mixer.
So this is great, at least for the way I roll. (I like to set up and strike QUICKLY and I very much prefer a gig bag for my bass guitar.)

Got the 12x12 for my Phonic Powerpod 820 mixer, and let me tell you it fits like a glove! My mixer measures about 11x11(maybe a little more) and the extra padding in this bag makes it fit perfect. It doesn't move around it all. The bag is made very nicely too. Very rugged and sturdy. This thing won't rip or tear on you! The handles are amazing well made, and the padded shoulder strap is amazingly soft and comfortable. The front pocket is handy for my mixer adapter, and a few other little things as well. The zippers are big and solid. I wish the pocket would be a tad bigger, but it's not a must. Don't carry your mixer around without one of these!

Bought a second one for my second TASCAM DR680. Just the right size to carry the DR680, power supply and folding headphones. Has a pocket for SD card storage and a custome Lithium Ion battery pack. Shoulder strap is nice too.

I wouild certainly recommend this bag for anyone who needs a carrier for a small mixer. Nice job Gator!!
I needed a carry bag for a small Yamaha mixer that I use for my in ear sytem and this little guy was perfect. The main storage area accommodates the mixer, while the larger of the exterior pockets its the right size for the absudly large Yamaha power supply. One more large pocket would be great for the mic cords and splitters I carry around, but hey, for $ you really can't beat it! The shoulder strap is also very nice for hands-free carrying when I'm schlepping my drums. All in all, a darned fine bag!!

Fits small mixer, power supply, and connecting cables without trouble. Side pocket holds any adapters and small items very nicely. I bought the 12 x 12 size. Excellent quality bag with comfortable handles and nice shoulder strap if needed. Better than some OEM bags, depending upon item, as many times they only hold the mixer, but not always room enough for all the accessories. Highly recommended.

Overall I'm very happy with Gator products, they are well designed, well made, and reasonably priced. If I ever need to replace or buy more cases, Gator would be the brand I'd check out first.
I bought this for my TC Electronics Nova system. The unit fits nicely, not too tight or loose. The power cord stores in the exterior pocket. The bag is nicely padded and should do a good job of protecting my gear.
I have several Gator gig bags and a case for our Mackie 16 channel mixer. They are all excellent products
I wish they were free,, but they're not. Overall the price is reasonable compared to everything else on the market.

Gator Cases are the best cases I've ever used. They can be beat for quality and price. I use the Deluxe Padded Music Gear Bag to transport pedals, cables, etc. And I used the large hard (ATA) cases to tote my keyboards.
