I have been playing for 35 years and writing for 20. I have tried almost everything out there in the world of strings. These , so far, are the best. Clear, bright, even tone on every note. Nothing is lost or muddy. Whether you use a pick or play fingerstyle, they just work. They may cost a little more but isn't it all about the tone?Worth every cent to me!

I started using these because my local store was out of the regular GHS acoustic strings and I like them much better. The top two strings have a bronze feel to them that makes the tone warmer. The feelis a little different at first, but you get used to it. These things last forever too. I play out 2-3 times a week(all acoustic) and I don't think I've ever broken one. I used to change strings before every show because I would almost break one if I didn't, but I've gotten 4 shows on one pair of these. I use a little bit of string cleaner to wipe some of the gunk off of them and they're ready to go. I definitely recommend trying these strings. I ordered a box of them.
