This strap is very comfortable, inexpensive, and looks great with my LP. The only problem is that the strap button hole is VERY large. I'm using with straplocks, so it works fine for me, but there is no way I would trust this on a strap button by itself.
Gave it three stars, because except for the button hole this strap is awesome, but thats an awfully big problem for a strap to have.

I've tried to leave posts to warn other musicians here, and despite being a customer for years Musiciansfriend does not post my comments.The strap is junk. It fell off my guitar and broke my Les Paul. And Gibson will NOT stand behind their products.If I had know what kind of company Gibson is, and how cheap their products are I would never have bought their strap.

This strap does not live up to Gibson's reputation. It will not stay on my Epi Les Paul. The leather ends are too loose and not good quality. If you hold the guitar with the neck pointing up the bottom end comes right off and your guitar goes for the ground. I can't tell you how close I've come to damaging my lp because of a cheap strap. I don't know how Gibson cant put their name on it. Save your cash and buy something better like an Ernie Ball.

Comfortable with a pleather-like reverse side. Great strap, especially for the price. Goes great with your Les Paul!

The strap has trouble staying on guitars. I used it on my epiphone les paul and a buddy of mine used it on an SG and this strap constantly falls of my lower strap button. It even fell on my foot once. It feels great an looks cool but overall the quality is bad.
