The first new Les Paul I ever bought came with these strings on it, so you can imagine the joy of how I tested my guitar for the first time. The very best thing about these strings is the clear tone, and harmonics you can get out of your guitar, every time you re-string. Tha quality is always there, thanks to the consistancy of the strings, and the packaging from Gibson. I use the light gauge strings, and in many years of playing electric guitar, I haven't used any strings that match the tone, durability, and quality, of strings, set after set. If you don't think strings make that much of a difference in your overall sound, you probably haven't tried Brite Wires yet!

Greetings All, I recently purchased a set of Gibson Brite Wires from you guys and I simply love these strings. I own a few guitars and I use these strings on them. I have tried a few other makes but I always came back to the Gibson strings. They offer me the best tone and totally have everything I need to keep making music. If anyone that reads this has tried any other brand they know what I am talking about. So go out and try them, you will be glad you did.
The quality of these strings are unbelieveable. These are the only strings I ever had that did`nt rust out on me. I had other guitar strings but after a few weeks they began to form a little rust on them. Perhaps because of the weather or simply because I had left the guitar out of it`s case overnight.
I always tend to buy a 3 pack when I start purchasing sttrings. I always have a back-up pack for emergency situations. But it seems I never need them because these strings last me for a few months.

I can't get the same sound and feel using other strings on my Les Pauls. Something feels right with the Bright Wires. Discovered them by asking what strings were on my 1960 LP Reissue back in 2005 and keep going back for every guitar since.

They last while, but they really start to hurt your fingers after about 2-3 weeks, but You should change them by then if you play alot anyway. The tone is excellect, but they are expensive. Never broke one with over 20 sets.

Over the past 30 years I've tried most every brand of strings available. After purchasing a LP with Brite Wires on it, I've never gone back. I use them on my LP, SG, Fender Strat, and a '76 Alvarez Electra... Excellent tone, attack, and durability. Wipe them down and they will last forever; but they are also inexpensive enough for me to restring my primary guitar as often as I want.

these strings are cheap, give a good sound and are lovely to play. I never need to break the bank on strings because im happy with these. Definitely buy them if you need a great strings for multiple guitars

I love these strings. I use them on my Gretsch White Falcon. The Gretsch is the only guitar I own now and im buying a Fender Telecaster soon. Overall these strings made my White Falcon a great stage guitar.

I tried them all, Ernie Ball, Dean Markley, GHS, DR and D'Addario over the years and had settled on D'Addario until I purchased a Les Paul Studio in 2004 that had the Brite Wires on it. I haven't gone back to the other brands since. I even use them on my Fender Strat. They have a brite sound and great tone that works for all styles of music and they hold there tone better than the other brands. As long as these strings are available, I'll be using them.
