These strings are great

Comments about Gibson Brite Wires Medium Electric Guitar Strings:

My friend accidentally ordered me a 5 pack of these 11 gauge brite wires instead of 10 gauge brite wires, and I fell in love with them. They have a great sound, I use them on a Gibson SG Special faded, and with a boss mega-distortion pedal. They give an nice, suprisingly easy feel to my fretting hand, and are not hard at all to bend, and give an awesome attack feel to my rhythm hand, they just make you want to play as hard as you can. Besides the feel they give great sound of course, very loud and vibrant, just all around great for anything that has to do with attack, even without distortion they are good for thick, full playing. Just get a pack, don't be scared of the "11" on the pack, youll realize how much 9 gauge strings suck once you get them. Of course I went from 9 to 10 then to 11, so doing 11s may be good, oh well, it's definitely worth the price.
