I already gave this case a poor review because it is not as advertised and will not hold any weissenborn style guitar. I'm writing this follow-up to provide some helpful information to those searching for a solid hard case for your Weissenborn guitar. I just acquired one from Bediaz music. My guitar (a deep body Imperial Weissenborn) fits perfectly into their quality hard case for deep-body instruments. I was skeptical about the purchase because the dealer is in Germany and I'm in the US, but the case was shipped at a reasonable price and arrived safely in just two weeks. Bediaz even gives the purchaser the option of placing a bid for lower than the advertised selling price. I was able to save a significant amount of money by making a lower offer.

I ordered this expecting it to hold my Weissenborn guitar, which is NOT a traditional guitar design. The case that was sent is not the one pictured, and it did not even remotely resemble the kind of case one would need for a Weissenborn. It is clearly made for a typical roundneck guitar (a rather small one). Totally useless, and totally mis-advertised/labelled.
Unlike the other reviewer, I did not think the case was constructed poorly, but this was rather a moot point since it did not fit my instrument.
I even tried fitting a small classical into it, thinking it would be a good back-up case, but the shoulders on this case were too narrow for that also. It has been returned. I gave it one star only because I did not have the option of zero stars.

There was a staple in the neck yoke which damaged my Weissenborn! I would expect screws and better craftsmanship at this price! Cases are supposed to protect, not damage your guitar!!!!
Plush lining material is a weak fuzz which gets all over your instrument, again, I would expect real velvet at this price point.
Atleast the Tolex covering is of good quality, but note it is black, not like the brown in the photo.
