Eye-catching, stable stand made to pack and carry!

The compact Hercules Mini Acoustic Guitar Stand features an all-in-one design (no loose parts!) for ultra-portability and 3 locking pins on the base for fast and secure setup. Also features Specially Formulated Foam (SFF) on the arms and backrest to protect your guitar's finish.

All Hercules stands are safe for most nitrocellulose lacquer finish guitars*.

*Hercules tests for many types of nitro finish, however some guitar manufacturers change their nitro mixture often. Guitars should never be stored on a stand...always in the case.

Awesome, sturdy, highly portable guitar stand

Features:

Love how the legs and vertical support LOCK, making this stand very stable. The arms on which the guitar rests swing forward to firmly support your guitar. When traveling, fold the arms back, unlock the legs and support, and throw it in your gear bag. It takes up very little room when folded, yet provides an extremely sturdy stand when set up. Love it!

Quality:

It's a Hurcules. Nothing else to say!

Value:

Slightly pricier than most guitar stands but embodies evertyhing a guitar stand SHOULD be. Worth the money! I won't buy any other brand.

Overall:

I have not bought another brand of stand since discovering Hercules. They are the cream of the crop and these minis are no exception. Worth the money, especially if you travel with your guitar and need a very stable, highly portable stand.

Solid and Super Portable

| Review By: Michael Levine | 2 months, 3 weeks ago

Features:

Well padded in all the right places.  Put my 335 in it and tried to knock it down with the kind of light hits you would get on stage and it wouldn't bite the dust.  Folds up so small it fits in my shoulder accessory case and takes up no more room than a 15' cable.  Will fit in most gig bag pouches.

Quality:

Rugged steel, precision ball bearings lock in place and release for easy fold up.  Dense padding in all the right places.

Value:

A freaking steal at this price.

Overall:

Seriously--Why haul the bigger Hercules stands, this works just as well anyway

The Standard in Stands

Hercules stands are tough, well constructed, and tuck away easily.  What makes this little guy great is the small footprint (too much gear, too little space...).  One word of caution though: if you're a clutz this stand is not for you.  If you give your guitar or the stand a good enough bump, the guitar will take a dive.  Just a heads up.

this stand has been a life saver for my bass player and i.  It's extremely durable, light, and very very compact.  i keep two in my gig bag when i travel.  well i did until i lost one.  ill be buying another.  as for the review about it not working for a pbass, that is incorrect.  my bass player owns several p basses and they all fit just fine.

This is up to Hercule's top notch quality and engineering. They are the best. That is why I am puzzled by Hercules. The top neophreme cushion is a half circle. Only a small part of the center touches the guitar. Why? It is round you know. The stand is low and the top of the neck is high. Bump the top of the neck, it will slide and tip. Not easy but it will, especially if you do not make a lot of extra effort to get the body out against the bottom cushions. Easy to do if dark, in a hurry or just not paying 101% attention. It only takes once. Come on Hercules, you got a real winner here. Exchange that top cushion for a flat one! Such a easy fix at no cost. As it stands, not with my guitar.
