Remarkably stable mini stand for acoustic guitar folds to notebook size for easy transport.

The Hercules TravLite Acoustic Guitar Mini Stand is a convenient and compact acoustic guitar stand that folds down flat for easy carrying and packing. It features sturdy steel construction and won't harm your guitar thanks to the specially formulated foam at contact points.

All Hercules stands are safe for most nitrocellulose lacquer finish guitars*.

*Hercules tests for many types of nitro finish, however some guitar manufacturers change their nitro mixture often. Guitars should never be stored on a stand...always in the case.

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I have one of those cheapo fold ups. It's a hassle to move, flimsy, and catches my clothing as i walk by.
This one is strong, and very easy to grab and move.
As the guitar just sits there, wind could blow it out of the stand. The stand itself is quite solid.

Nice stand, a little bit stiff to open, but that makes it very stable.

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I didn't want to add any cons because this is a good quality acoustic stand. Was unsure about how far the guitar laid back when setting in the stand.

Just give your guitar plenty of spacing in the back so the head stock won't touch anything.
                Fits my Taylor 615-CE perfectly!

                Buy one for yourself!

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I ordered this stand because I was always forgetting to bring my heavier Hercules stand to gigs. It's sturdier than it looks in the photo yet it's easy to carry under one arm when folded. Holds my acoustic securely and opens easily.

Folds up nice and small for travel. Solidly built. Love this item. I can even lay my electric guitar on it and feel safe. Definitely not made for an electric though. It is the perfect acoustic travel stand. Buy it now if you need a nice little strong acoustic guitar stand. Great even if you don't travel but are shot on space.
Love it. Well built easy to travel with.

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

Okay, I have to revise what I said in my earlier review about the guitar leaning so far back. I was using the stand for my OM-size Alverez, and because the body is smaller than a dreadnought, the guitar slides forward on the stand and therefore leans backwards at about 30 degrees. When I used the stand with my larger, dreadnought-sized Alverez, the guitar stood mostly upright, same as in other guitar stands. Obvously this stand was designed for larger dreadnought sized-guitars (not smaller bodies) --but with that one caveat, this is a fantastic piece of gear. Five stars!

                      Great Little Stand

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I love this stand. The photos made it look a little flimsy, but it's not. This thing is heavy grade steel and very sturdy--not floppy at all. I've owned all kinds of stands over the years and this is my favorite. Somebody put a lot of thought into the collapsible design, 'cause it really does get small--I can fold it and fit it into the outer pocket of my acoustic gig bag. I have one quibble: because the back support is so short, instead of the guitar standing more-or-less straight up, like with other stands, here it leans backward at about a 30-degree angle. If you're used to putting your guitars on stands against the wall, you'll need some extra space: I had to set the Hercules amost two feet from my bedroom baseboard, out toward the middle of the room. This would probably not be a problem onstage; it's just something to keep in mind if you're planning on using this stand at home. By the way, I liked this stand so much that I bought another--the "folk instrument" size--for my mandolin.
