Hercules Stands

Designed to keep your banjos, mandolins, violins, and ukes in place, and safe from scratches.

The TravLite Folk Instrument Stand is ideal for holding banjos, mandolins, violins, and ukuleles securely in place thanks to adjustable foam pads. It also has specially formulated foam pads to protect your instrument at all possible contact points. Featuring sturdy steel construction, the instrument stand is easy to set up, and breaks down to a compact 10.6" x 10.2".

All Hercules stands are safe for most nitrocellulose lacquer finish guitars*.

*Hercules tests for many types of nitro finish, however some guitar manufacturers change their nitro mixture often. Guitars should never be stored on a stand...always in the case.

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Folk Instrument A-Frame Stand:

I got tired of laying my mandolin on the floor. Was afraid it would get stepped on. So I got one of these. Loved it so much I got two more, one for my ukulele and another to leave at my band's practice.

            TravLite Folk Instrument Stand

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Folk Instrument A-Frame Stand:

This folk instrument stand is made of qualty metal and very good workmanship. It functions very well. It folds up to a convient carrying size and the padding on the feet keeps it from sliding. It is very well padded to protect your instrument. I use it with three different sizes of ukuleles so the size adjusts to fit all small instruments. It is an excellent value for the price.
This Travlite folk instrument stand is very well built. All the hardware is heavy duty and all parts function very well.

            Little stand for banjo

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Folk Instrument A-Frame Stand:

This stand is so well constructed. Your banjo just can't tip or fall over. It is such a spacesaver also. It folds almost flat and takes up very little room for storage. The yellow bar is a handy handle for ease of portability.
Purchased this little stand for my new banjo because all I had was the gig bag it came with and I did not want to keep it leaned against the wall. Price was excellent and I was surprised that it wasn't plastic tubes. After purchasing and receiving confirmation of purchase I later that afternoon got a message that the stand had been shipped. Two days later the stand was at my doorstep. This little stand is everything and more than I expected for the money and would recommend it to anyone who is curious about purchasing it.
Now all I have to do is learn how to play it as I am legally blind but love to listen to bluegrass music. I think the next thing I will have to do is look into getting a strap for it and having extra strings on hand if and when a string breaks.

I am very impressed witt M.F. and will definitely be using them in the future. Before I make a purchase any where I will check out M. F. and compare first.

            At last!

            By Hobie

            from Connecticut

Comments about Hercules Stands TravLite Folk Instrument A-Frame Stand:

I have been looking for a stand to accommodate smaller acoustic instruments such as a mandola. Guitar stands are too deep, and finding something to support the smaller body securely has been a challenge. But this little baby is just the ticket! The foam padding protects the instrument while holding it in place, and the little discs make it customizable. I would recommend this stand for all but the most raucous settings; my instruments are definitely safe on this stand.
