They specify the posts should be 2.220" apart, but at that spacing, the strings wont fall on the centerline of the neck because the string saddle grouping is off. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until AFTER I made 4 guitar bodies to their specs. It's a good bridge, but do your own measuring if you buy one.

Basically I bought this for stetic reasons, because gold goes better with my black guitar than silver, but I ended up having such a big problem with tuning that I had to go back to the old bridge.

I used one of these on a Warmoth guitar I built. By far the best Strat trem out there. I love the way the arm feels when your using it and the way the bridge pivots on the posts is smoother than any other trem I have ever tried. I was a little leary about the bar just pushing in, but there is a set screw under the bridge that allows for adjustment there..problem solved. I would recommend this to anyone. I like it better than my Wilkinson.
