Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
First off:
Let me compliment the guy that clarified and confirmed and processed my order through Musician's Friend. He is personable, professional, and should be commended.
This particular case is getting rare to find
with the hardware in the colour I required.
It is protecting a special AXE.
Many Thanx
Sincerely
Jonny G

Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
Overall, I really like the case.
The interior looks & feels nice but the
center section where the neck rests is loose
and will need to be braced, but so far so good.
Exterior looks great and appears to be well thought out. All in all, I would say considering the price point, it is a fine case for light duty usage.
Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
Very satisfied.
Good Fit for my ibanez SR705, good storage area inside the EXB1000 Bass case.
Good
Good for price.
Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
Ordered this case with my Ibanez SR300 bass. The case looked nice, and fit my bass just fine. But one of the latches on the case was already loose and would not have held in place during transport to/from our gigs. That was a disappointment. So I ended up heading out to the gig using one of my MF generic bass cases that still works fine after 4 years. I kept the bass, but the Ibanez case got sent back. If the latches don't work when brand new, I don't have any more interest in the case.
Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
I've had this case for about six months now. Great case from the get-go. The inside is great and protect my bass really well. Outside has been durable as well. The only real problem I'm having now (started about a month and a half ago) is that the screws that connect the hinges to the lid of the case coming out. I have lost 3 of the 6 screws. The hinges are attached to the bottom of the case with rivets and those seem to be holding up just fine. Looks like it's time to go to the hardware store for some screws, washers and nylock nuts... Other than that little bit of annoyance, it's been a great case.
Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
I bought one of these along with an SR405 back in 2002. Nicely appointed inside, but not as durable as it could be - surprising for a TKL product. The lower rim in particular could use some extra support; mine developed a bulge which prevents me from closing the case completely at that point - not a favorable state of affairs when you need to stand the case on end. For light-duty use it's probably adequate, but you'll definitely need something stronger if you're gigging on a regular basis; frankly, I'll most likely be replacing mine with one of the lower-priced/better made generics in the near future.
Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
It has a nice, plush interior and a compartment for accessories. I'm just worried about the wood warping where the handle is... it's pretty heavy with my Ibanez SR300DX in it. I know hardcases don't usually have loops to put a strap into, but it'd be a nice feature. I trust it to keep my bass safe...definately worth it!
Comments about Ibanez EXB1000C Bass Case:
It protects my bass, but is starting to come undone on the edges.
