Bought this for an Ibanez ae5 acoustic bass, the fit is good and the construction is more than adequate for throwin in the back of the truck to take on vacation. Not for touring, but it does the job for what I use it for. It's a good match in the right price range.

Ecomomy is the operative word here. This bag has very little padding. I use the acoustic bass mostly for practice around the house and it lives on a stand most of the time. I put it in the bag when I store it away. This is the only thing I would use it for. If I gigged with this bass at all, I would find a different bag that offered some protection for the normal bumps. This bag does not. If I had it to do again, I would spend an extra twenty bucks for a more substantial bag.

It's not a hard case so don't expect that kind of protection

Comments about Kaces Economy Acoustic Bass Guitar Bag:

I have a 3/4 acoustic bass guitar so the bag is a little big. However, I put 4" of foam at the bottom and it's now a perfect fit and the bottom of the guitar is well protected. Construction and materials are very good. Does what I expected!

Comments about Kaces Economy Acoustic Bass Guitar Bag:

I have an older Ibanez aeb10 acoustic bass my wife got me years ago but shed ordered the wrong case/ that case kinda fits but too big and to me is bulky and heavy / anyway I waited too long to correct the issue with the seller and kept that case but never loved it. A lot of these type gig bags seemed pricey everywhere so I took a gamble getting this less expensive bag. I like it / its light and ez to carry / its really too large at the headstock and even kinda roomy around the bass body but I can put my aeb10 in the bag / zip up/ put tuner and cords in pocket of bag / have room for a spiral notebook and pins if I want and maybe a song book too and im ready to go. I know there are much better / pricier and boutique bags out there but this is what I needed and wanted/ suites me fine for carry to practice and gigs/ I wouldn't trust it in the back of a van or trailer etc though unattended as there isn't really allota padding to protect in a hard bump but again I don't need it for that . that's where id put in that old case instead.

NICELY PADDED BUT MAYBE NOT THE BEST FOR THE ROAD.

Comments about Kaces Economy Acoustic Bass Guitar Bag:

This is not the highest quality bass gig bag out there. However, it's a good deal for the money. I needed something to keep my new Ibanez acoustic/electric bass dust-free and protected when not in use. This does the job. If I was hauling it around a lot from gig to gig or practice, I'd look for something with more padding. I'm satisfied.

Comments about Kaces Economy Acoustic Bass Guitar Bag:

Fit my Ibanez AEB well, especially around the body, but is a bit loose in the Neck/Headstock area.

Better than expected exterior materials was a nice surprise. Good storage and straps and even has one to hang vertically.

Overall, a solid gigbag for the money that does what I need it to do.
