I use this strap for bass guitar. It is of excellent quality. The strap material is very heavy-duty and the ends are made of a heavy nylon or polyester. I use it with Fender/Schaller straplocks. They work well with this strap. There are only two negatives, one I don't like the design, but I knew that going in, and two, I wear my bass up high, and the plastic buckle-thing is close to my shoulder. This isn't a problem, but it would be if I wanted to wear the bass up on my chest. Bang for the buck, this strap can't be beat. It is very comfortable to wear for long periods since it is so wide.
I was looking for a nice, durable, long strap to use for my Gibson EDS-1275, when I came across this. I own many other Levy's straps and they have always done me good. I like this because once you get it on its not gonna come off, and it's long so you can play a double neck guitar comforatbly. I was going to buy strap locks but with this you don't need to, it won't come off unless you want it to(and even then its still a pain,) but overall this is a really good strap and considering it's only $15 this is a real deal. The design looks cool to, so if your looking for a good, long, durable and cool looking strap, you found it.
This strap is so comfortable. It's thick and so balances out the weight of the guitar and the material is soft yet durable. The design on it is hot although the color isn't as vibrant as I had anticipated. Still, it's a very comfortable and sturdy strap.
if you're going to play the best, you need to take care of your investment. The levy's 3" straps do just that and have beautiful art work on them to really make you stand out. Plus the extra inch is great for bass players. my only complaint is the lack of padding, but it is still more comfortable for heavier guitars and basses. strap locks are a good upgrade to these straps but aren't necessities like with other straps i have played.
Good strap, but it's hard to get straplocks in.
