    Comments about Live Wire Pedal Power Adapter:

    It does have a compatibilty problem. It will not work with all power cables to get the voltage to the effect. Mine does not work with my 1-spot daisy chain cable. It does power up every pedal I've tried with it individually though. Works fine with my cry baby. If you're thinking about buying one check the compatibility at a music store 1st.
    It is a 9vdc power supply and that's what it does.
    It has pretty good quality. The one I got seems to be made as well as any other I've bought.
    For the money it's a pretty good deal. I've seen used ones that cost more hat do the exact same thing.

    Here's where the problem lies. This piece was sent along as part of a pkg. to power up some effects by sending the power through a 1-spot daisy chain cable. They are incompatible. This power supply will not work with 1-spot cables. The power supply worked and the cable worked but not together. LIVE WIRE apologized to me in an e-mail. I am currently using this adapter on a Dunlop Cry-Baby and it powers it up just fine. Do not buy this to use with other companies products thinking it will work with them all though. It won't.
    Works good to supply straight 9VDC power.
    Seems to be made with about the same quality as other 9 VDC power supplies.
    Not bad at all for the money.
