I wanted something other than the ?basic black? color standard case for a new custom-built OM-sized guitar I recently added to the stable. There are two Martin (made by TKL) 000/OM Model 330-variation cases from which to choose, in addition to the standard black 330. This Mustard Yellow exterior / Orange plush interior ? originally supplied with the limited edition ?Hippie? model -- is better suited to both my new OM and my personality vs. the other faux snakeskin exterior model. The ?Hippie? 3-ply case is comparable in design and quality to the mundane black / green plush interior 330 model, just finished in the brighter colors. So, it?s a good, solid quality flattop OM/000 case. Maybe not as rugged as the corresponding 5-ply Geib-style model Martin 533 case, but at half the price it will get the job done!
Was very pleased with the first one I bought from MF. Unique '60's throwback color turns a lot of heads and gets a lot compliments. Couldn't resist getting another at the closeout price. Grab one before they're gone.
