Comments about Martin M550 Medium Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings:

Tune fast without breaking. They sound great on my D35 Martin; Guild D25M and make a Tacomine G330 student guitar sing. Any heavy body acoustic guitar will sound dull with brass strings but these little guys will breathe life into them. They really make an inexpensive guitar sound like it costs a lot more than it did. You will find that medium strings fret easy and, because they are wider, put less pressure on your fingertips. Less pressure means longer playing time with less pain. I just gave a set to a friend of mine who has played in bands for many years and he loves the effect they have on his guitar. When I was young I bought the strings my friends said were cool and ended up regretting it. After playing guitar for over 49 years I now buy what I know has been proven to me to work. These strings work. Try them and see for yourself that the M550 are a great set of strings and especially so for the money.
