The XtraFlex LED Music Light from Mighty Bright is an extremely flexible LED light for your music stand or low light situations backstage. It has a super LED which puts out as much light as 3 normal LEDs, and never needs to be replaced. The XtraFlex's special lens spreads the light evenly so you have no hot spots, and gives you extra page coverage when used for reading sheet music on a music stand. The adjustable goosenecks mean you can direct the light right where you need it. It has the ability to be used self standing or clipped on to any surface. Mighty Bright XtraFlex includes 3 "AAA" batteries which should last you up to 40 hours.

Overall, this is a great little light if used as it was intended for. Don't get it to put on the top of your car to spot deer at night, and don't throw in in the trunk and then put your stack amp on top of it. It's great for what it was intended for.
This is a great little light to put on your music stand to read playlist on a dark stage. Yes it is plastic and someone wrote a review that it wouldn't stand up to the rigors of traveling to gigs. Well, all I can figure is that his roadie must be a GORILLA, because this little light is tough enough to travel. YOU have to take care of ALL your equipment or else it gets broken....DA HUH!!! Someone also wrote that it wasn't very bright, who's buying this stuff? Retards? You could use this little light in a room when the poower goes off. It'll do exactly what it's suppose to do. If you need a little out of the way light to see equipment settings, to light up a music stand.... this little light will do it!
This little light is made out of plastic, but is as durable as you're going to get from plastic, It's small enough to be out of the way, bright enough with a good beam width to see most anything you'll need on stage. If this isn't bright enough, all I can suggest is one of those BIG air-raid warning search lights like they used in WW11.
The reason for the lower rating on value, is because I think it's a little pricy. It's again a great little light, but $15.00.... get real. It is however well made with a flexable goosneck from the goodsized clip to the light. Again this little light does exactly what it's intended for, and I recommend it highly, you won't be dissappointed.

Doesn't emit enough light. We have a ton of plug-in stand lights and I'm trying to replace with battery operated to get rid of all the cords all over the stage, but I'd rather have all those cords than the very little light this produces. If you're going to charge this much for a light, it should produce light.

This is a good light for the money. The beam must be focused on what you're trying to read as the width of the brightness is small. But it does what it's supposed to do and, if you take care of it, I'm sure it will last a long time.

Over all I would recommend this project for studios
From other reviews Ive come to the conclusion that this is not an item for the road however I purchased mine for my studio and it has worked flawlessly. Position it correctly and the page is light up perfectly (one page only) The dual model they have I would guess would cover two. I have had it for 4 months or so now and it still works fine. I recommend it for low light studios where you need that lil extra light and no extra buzz from electronics
OK its plastic, so of course it cant stand the rigors of the road.
Seems like a bit too much for it but it saves your eyes and less mistakes by not reading the music or words correctly or at all.

Works Great for me. Clips on the leg of my hi hat stand, makes it easy to read setlists between songs, or in any ,ow light situation. Folds down small, easy to stow. Highly Recommend!

I had one of these and was so impressed I bought one for each of my bandmates and my three kids. There is plenty of light for reading a set list and music in dark clubs or outdoors at night. The battery life on these is amazing and we have had no problems at all with any of the units that we purchased. Highly Recommended.

This little light has been an answer to my late night lap top computer operation. Lights up the key board with out lighting up the whole house. Clips on my screen nicely.Purchased at a thrift store. Now I have a source to buy new with model options.

The quality of light that this little clip-on lamp emits is very poor- and it lights only a tiny portion of the page. After only a month it flickers and goes off frequently. I bought the dual light as well- and it's the same story. Too bad- it's lightweight & a cute design- but a firefly would make a better light!
