    Since the 1970's Mighty Mite has manufactured custom and replacement guitar parts for luthiers, repairmen, and guitarists who can't wait to hot-rod their Fender Stratocaster or similar style guitar. Mighty Mite guitar bodies are cut from the finest American ash and Canadian maple. You will be blown away by their warmth, tone and finish.

        Comments about Mighty Mite MM2700 Stratocaster Replacement Body - Burst Finish:

        The 3 tone burst on mine was perfect, better than I expected on a budget body. Everything is pre-drilled and routed except for the trem posts. I had to Dremmel the trem route on the treble side just a hair to fit a Wilkinson, but I think a Fender Standard would have dropped right in. Neck pocket was near perfect fit with a Mighty Mite neck. I can't really complain about minor gaps in the neck pocket at this price point, but it's the only reason I have for deducting a star.

        Great value and bang for the buck, overall. Not as perfect as the pricier Fender licensed bodies, but WAY better than the $50 dollar "light weight" bodies other sites carry. Totally worth the extra scratch. The 3 tone burst alone justifies the price difference, and the fit and finish seals the deal.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        wow, just wow........i bought this body used condition 2, but i couldnt find any flaws in it. i sprayed a maple neck with nitro and put sperzel tuners on it. i used a wilkensons tremelo. i put a gibson 500t in the bridge and a duncan distortion in the neck with coil cut, this pup combo rocks......and now i have the strat that ive always wanted. it plays great and looks killer with the brownish cellaloid HH pickgaurd i used..........all hardware is gold........im new to strats , but it just rocks through my marshalls.....
