Comments about Mighty Mite MM2929 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

The neck and neck wood itself were ok but the fret ends were like razor blades. This neck was nothing special and took a couple of hrs. of work to make it usable.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2929 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

I purchased this neck to replace the neck on my Mexican strat. My Mex strat has a 1-5/8" wide neck (at the nut) and is dressed with vintage frets. I much more prefer the feel of my American strat that has a 1-11/16" neck and jumbo-ish frets, hence why I ordered this neck to replace my Mex neck.

The neck that I received was pretty decent in quality and the frets, although not really jumbo as advertised were a near medium jumbo that was adequate for me. What I noticed immediately was that the neck was a hair narrower than 1-5/8" and that was enough to return it for another replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had the exact same specs as the first one so I sent that one back too.

The quality seems pretty decent for the price, but if neck width is critical to you, you might want to consider another model or another brand.

I would recommend this to friend provided they were not partial to neck width.

Not refined, but straight and decent.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2929 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

I would buy another one for sure.
I would have preferred that the tuner holes had the little guide holes pre drilled, but they didn't. Also, be aware that the holes are not pre drilled for the attachment to the body either.
The most important thing to me was that it was straight, and the frets were level and well seated, and they were. The edges of the frets were not real smooth, but those could be filed. There is not a lot of poly over the wood, but it is well finished and very smooth, and feels great.
Overall, I think this neck is a terrific value.
