First things first these are SPEAKER cables, not instrument cables, so they're not going to work the same through a guitar or bass as they would through a cab and head. But these are pretty decent cables there are better our there but not at this price. They work quite well through my peavey valveking head and marshall 1960a cab. had a small problem with the first set the solder came a little loose so it buzzed but contacted the manufacturer and replaced them at no cost, so overall it's a pretty good value.

Monster products have a good reputation for quality and they are expensive. These cables are realtively expensive but lack quality.
The brand new cable i have shorts in one end and produces a loud hum. I tested the cabe after the return period, and i had to deal with warranty" It comes with a good warranty, but you have to pay for shipping and go through the inconcinience of packing it". I have many other cheaper cables that have been reliable and sound good after many years of use.
I would not recommend this product to anybody.

Great speaker cables; worth every penny. Previously, I had cables that were too long on my stack. This 3 foot and 6 foot cables helped clean up the stage and is easier to see which cable goes from amp to speaker cab. Ive always been very happy with Monster cables.

I received two free cables after talking to a manager about the previous 4 wrong and bad cables. He assured me that they would be inspected before shipping. Both arrived packaged with zip ties and lables intact. Never checked--both were bad again. You people just don't get it. I expect to hear personally from someone in your organization regarding the next steps that need to be taken. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.

This cord arrived promptly. However after plugging it in, my Fender amp whic I purchased from you might need new speakers because of the loud humming and buzzing. To say nothing of my eardrums. I reordered and received a second cord which had two jacks on one end and one on the other. I guess I need to drill a second hole in my amp to accept this. My third cord arrived after an irate phone call and it also was defective. See above. Now my credit card has a whopping bill on it, I still have no proper cord and our next job is this Saturday. I am in desperate need of help.

All my cables are monster. I've been using them for years. I've had others try a monster then other cables. After a listen they are usually a convert. If you care about your sound Monster is for you!!!

This cable sounds GREAT...when it's not causing that nasty popping noise. I use Monster instrument and XLR cables and love them, but I'm going to go elsewhere for speaker cables.
I bought one of these a little while ago to connect my Valve Junior amp and cab. However, when I turn on the amp, I get a nasty popping sound that won't go away for a good 10 minutes...and it comes back at random times. I tried re-tubing my amp and upgrading the IEC pwer cord, but nothing worked. Then I A/B'd it with a cheap Hosa speaker cable and the popping went away! Unfortunately, the tone lost some low-end power when I switched cables so I ordered a replacement Monster cable. Same model, same popping. I'm trying another brand instead.

Whenever any of my cables break I replace them with Monster - no hesitation - no question.
This is my second Monster cable but my first Monster speaker cable. Five years ago I bought a Monster cable for my vocal mic and after hundreds of gigs I am still using it. At first I didn't want to spend the extra money but I simply got tired of replacing my mic cable every year (which meant I ended up spending more anyway). My new Monster speaker cables are just as great. Crisp, clear sound, flawless. I have been playing and singing the blues for many years but thanks to Monster I at least won't be having any broken cable blues. Fantastic. If the cable says Monster - BUY IT.
