Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

Great quality product. Feels solid and unbreakable.Offers crystalline highs, with full bodied response. Very transparent sounding. This is a real step-up, with noticeable difference from a Mogami Gold cable that I have, which is already a fifty buck cable!

Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

I use a pedal reverb and a looper into a Pendulum SPS-1 and an Acoustic Image amp for acoustic guitar. This is the only patch cord I've used (and I've tried many) that gives me a complete signal transfer. Nothing is lost. If you are fussy about clear signals this is the cord.

      noticeable difference

      By Douglas Porter

      from Northwest

Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

I am an acoustic finger style/jazz guitarist who occasionally plays out. I have two nice guitars I amplify through a Pendulum preamp, AI Clarus 2R amp and a Raezer's Edge Stealth 12ER cabinet. I use a Boomerang looper and TC Electronic Hall of Fame reverb through the effects loop of the Pendulum. I have tried a number of cables to connect the effects and the amps and definitely notice a difference using the Studio Pro 1000. With them the full range of my guitars are more defined and articulate. Highs are crystalline. I use Studio Pro 1000 cables excusively. My only reservation is the cost, but for me the sound I get is worth it

Very nice upgrade from monster rock

      By Joey Diehl

      from Kennesaw GA

Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

Just upgraded from the monster rock cable and heard a big difference. Even more noise reduction than the rock which I thought could not be possible. More clear sound also, sharper highs and non bellowing lows. Nice metel mesh on the wrapping of the cable makes the cable tougher and safer if you were to walk over it. It also does not tangle as easily as traditional cables due to the mesh design. Overall very impressed. If you're willing to shell out a bit more cash, this is definitely a much more worth while, higher quality, quiet sounding, and cleaner souding cable than any other cable I've ever played with.

Inferior to cables 1/5 of the price

      By G#min

      from Houston, TX

Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

This is just bad design all round. The mesh jacket thingy came loose within days and opened up so that it'd feel all scratchy. After maybe a year of gentle use the tip broke off in my jack. I didn't drop/hit anything, I was just pulling it out and it broke. The sound was OK, the comments about low noise and low signal make sense to me... the sound was clean but very much missing something. Typical overpriced Monster garbage I bought with the hope of eliminating some interference problems and was too lazy to return. Fortunately when I bought it they were out and they replaced it with an awesome Mogami cable!

      AMAZING!

      By MisRizShredder

      from Cincinnati, OH

Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

I was previously using Monster Rock cables and my tone was good. I switched to these cables in my rack and OH MY GOD! I had to turn the volume down. I actually got LOUDER! Beyond that, my tone is clearer and more defined. Anyone using these cables, remember that they're polarized. There's going to be an arrow on the cable that should point in the direction of the signal flow, so if you're using one of these from your guitar to your amp, make sure the arrow points toward your amp.

      Goodbye noise!

      By zildjian player

      from australia

Comments about Monster Cable Studio Pro 1000 Instrument Cable:

Hellooooo degraded signal!Yeah they reduce noise by having high resistance which means less of your signal gets through, particularly your treble frequencies which is where all the noise lies. The more wire, the more work it takes for your signal to travel through the cable.Good cables but only if you are using them AFTER a pedal, never instrument to amp or instrument to pedal/processor.
