These things are pretty nice. It does seem to cut down on a some of the unwanted noise but this is only one of the solutions to unwanted noise(cables,pickups,ect.). Its very nice how it displays the voltage of an outlet and whether or not it is grounded properly. It also includes plenty of plug ins.However,I do wish it came with the XLR light.I had one of these and after about a year, something went wrong and the circuit breaker tripped and wouldnt reset, thus no power to the outlets. I called monster and sent it in and got a new one in the mail, no questions asked. If something does go wrong with it, monster will take care of it. Overall, a good buy and great service.

It really does work for power conditioning. I immediately noticed my PA was quieter. It appears to be nicely constructed. The problems I have with it is that mine hummed gently in the background. Should something that is supposed to make everything quiet itself make a noise? No. After everything was turned off (but this unit was still plugged in) I could hear something humming. I got down next to the rack, and sure enough it was this unit. It was not humming when I first plugged it in, but after it had been plugged in for a while. This makes in unusable for me in quiet recording situations.
Also, I turned everything off and I noticed the digital voltage display was still on. You have to unplug it to turn it off. This annoys me and seems like a waste of electricity.
I decided to return this Monster unit and go with a Furman PL-Plus C. I'm happy. I thought I would prefer the digital voltage display of the Monster, but I actually like the colorful LEDs better. You can easily read it from further away, and the colorful lights are just more alluring than the digital display. Also, when I turn the Furman off there's nothing on the Furman that is still using electricity.

Works well in my main rack...2 digital filter outlets(the board & driverack)...4 analog(not used)... and 2 high current(the amps)...cuts down the buzz & hum we had and it's sequenced...one touch power up/down for the whole system...Well worth the upgrade from the Pro 900...trust me.

I bought it, I took it home, I plugged it in, it hummed. A silent studio and one power conditioner humming. Humming a musical note, not a 60 hz cycle... Really annoying!

failed after a little over a year, it probably helped some. this is the only thing in my setup to fail in the last couple years and it should be the most bullet proof, I have a home theater unit from monster that did the same. buying something else

This unit failed after 6 months of intermittent use. After a 3 month layover I plugged the unit in and random numbers appeared on the readout window. The unit would not turn on and ultimately failed to perform as advertised. It wasn't returned to Monster but rather met its new home in the scrap heap. This unit was immediately replaced by a more simple unit manufactured by another top name company.

I use this in my live rack. It powers everything and cleans up all of my "dirty" electric sound from poor wiring in outlets of stages or even my practice area. Definitely worth every penny, and with a lifetime warranty you cant go wrong with monster.

I was really doing some research on what kind of power center to buy for my amp rack. I am definitely glad I made this choice. I deal with some buildings that don't have the best electrical in them. This thing is great to make sure that you keep your equipment safe. Highly recommend.

I play as a solo artist and as a member of a trio with a Bose PAS. All too often I wondered what kind of power I (we) were getting at the PA. No more. Voltage level and proper grounding is diplayed. I can now plug in, check out the display and know that the power I'm getting is adequate and properly wired! What a relief. I can now concentrate on playing music and not worrying about what I'm plugged in to. The unit is solid (check out the power cord!) and I've experienced no problems. GET IT!
