Although a well built well cut and made pickguard the color wasn't quite what I was looking for.
. I have'nt been able to find any aftermarket pickguard i prefer as well as the Fender parchment.
This one was darker than I like. I have seen a lot worse..

It fit (barely), it's holding the electronics on the guitar and it is cheap.
Doesn't have the notches/holes for the pots to hook too; so you either have to drill holes yourself or snap the tabs off your potemeters(not recommended) to get them to sit flush.
*TORTISE SHELL PICKGURD IS NOT TORTISE SHELL...IT IS BRIGHT RED WITH BLACK SPECKELING!
Basic pickguard, wasn't expecting much for the price but it is kind of thin and the holes are slightly off so you may have to angle screws in to get it on there...I wouldn't recommend it for any decent guitars. On a positive not it did actually have shielding on the underside so I guess it could have been worse.
It's a cheap pick guard so I wasn't expecting much but I would have gladly shelled out a few more dollars for a nicer pick guard if I had known that what you get isn't what you see in the picture.

I ordered the tortoise colored guard, the construction of the pickguard was good, it had a nice full back foil liner, and all the holes matched up, BUT it looked nothing like the photo. I ordered it instead of the Fender Tortoise because in the photo it looks like it has that nice vintage color that was used on mustangs. When it arrived in person it was alot darker, a mix of red and black, and was a very fake pattern, no depth to it. I mean I know that it was an inexpensive pickguard but at least the photo online could do a better job of not misrepresenting the product.

If you are buying the "off white" version, it is actually a brighter white than the picture. I thought off white would be comparable to parchment or aged white, but it's not even close.

I just received the "off white" pickguard in the mail, but it was definitely not like as pictured (being the creamy/yellowy/off white) that i wanted. its pretty much pure white. dont know if the wrong one was packaged/mis labeled or what have you. have to return it though
