I've been looking for a stand for my G-1275 Doubleneck and this one does it. The adjustable base and support rack are perfect for wider-body guitars. It also doesn't lay (recline) the instrument too far back - so you can get it rather close to walls, etc. Although it doesn't have a neck holder, it's really not needed. I've ordered the case, but until it arrives, this is where I will park it. And you can't beat the price.

My wife bought this stand for me last year. She did not see the small print warning that said it was not for use with nitrocellulose-finish guitars. After a couple of weeks I noticed it marked the back of my Seagull. The Seagull has a "custom polished high gloss" finish. I can not find out if it is nitrocellulose. I covered the head of the stand with a cloth and used it for my matt finished Martin. It marked it as well right through the cloth. Do not buy this stand. It will ruin your guitar.

Comments about Musician's Gear A-Frame Acoustic Guitar Stand:
Got tired of setting my guitar on the floor leaned against a chair, etc. Got this to keep it off the floor and in a more secure stance. I am very happy with my purchase. It works well and I am not worried about my guitar slipping and falling.

Comments about Musician's Gear A-Frame Acoustic Guitar Stand:
When I received it from the company it seemed alright it had good welds on it and the paint was good and it was shipped in a good box with paper in it . When I went to use it it would rock back and forth from corner to corner when I set my bass on it. This was on a surface with vinyl it maybe ok on carpeting with padding but with 4 points of contact this is not a good design. I recommend the 3 point stands they are not tippy and have a bit more of angle on them and are compact light and easy to use.

Comments about Musician's Gear A-Frame Acoustic Guitar Stand:
I bought this same guitar stand a year ago for my wife's guitar and it has been excellent. Now that I have my own guitar, I needed a stand. This is easy, relatively small, light and it holds the guitar in place nicely. No problems whatsoever. And for the price, you cannot go wrong.
