I read the negative comments about the neck brace being too high prior to purchase. One of the features of this case is that the neck brace is screwed-in and is easily modified to suit a particular instrument. The following was my procedure:
Measure the clearance between the instrument neck and the case storage compartment. This is the amount of neck brace material you want to remove. Unscrew the 2 screws and lightly tug on the brace. It also fastened with 2 small nails which pull out easily as you remove the brace. Peel back the covering on the bottom and mark where you want to make the cut. Use a Dremel circular cut-off blade to remove the excess on the plywood sides. An electric carving knife works best to cut the Styrofoam. Sand the Styrofoam smooth. You might want to apply a thin line of wood glue in the area of the case where the brace will be mounted. Don't use contact cement because it contains M.E.K. which dissolves Styrofoam. Re-install the neck brace after replacing the covering. Use an ice pick to make pilot holes in the plywood. Replace screws.

Now for the problem. The Rogue baritone ukelele that I purchased from Musician's Friend did not fit in the case. The neck support was too high (my estimate is that it was at least 3/4 of and inch higher than it should have been) and it did not allow the case to close with the uke inside. I was bummed. It seemed kind of silly that you guys would sell a product that did not fit what has to be a fairly popular item. The best piece of this experience was the prompt and professional treatment I received from MF's customer service. The young man I spoke with fixed things right up and I now am awaiting a replacement for my original order. I am hopeful that it will fit my ax.
This case was beautiful. Great look, plush interior, great hardware.
    This is one professional case.
Great price. Shipped fast and I was psyched when it arrived.

Comments about Musician's Gear Baritone Ukulele Case:

I ordered this because one of my baritone ukes was not sounding good, and I determined the cause to be bowing down of the neck due to lack of humidity where I live. I decided to keep the instrument in a hard case with a humidifier in the case to correct the problem. This case is a little lighter duty than my Golden Gate guitar hard case, but then again, a uke is a lot lighter. Quality is great, fit was perfect for two different baritone ukes- no need to modify the neck brace like some other reviews have mentioned. Latches are heavy enough for the load. Nice case and great price from MF. On my doorstep 3 days after ordering, what's not to like? Works for me!

Comments about Musician's Gear Baritone Ukulele Case:

These are great cases for the money...I have 7 of these...the only fault I can find is that the latches are thinly constructed and a bent one may occasionlly cause the case not to shut tight...easily fixed by bending the latch back into shape. Heavy crome plated latches would put this case in a higher class...
However, overall they are a great buy & do a good job...

Comments about Musician's Gear Baritone Ukulele Case:

I bought a couple of these cases...Good case for the money...latches are a bit cheap but work for now...Each case had to be "modified" to fit each baritone Ukulele...the neck support brace had to be removed & cut off & reinstalled to fit...each uke is different so this may not be a bad thing & it isn't very hard to do...these cases beat the hell out of a gig bag....

This case looks good right out of the box. It fits my baritone uke and holds it firmly. You can adjust the neck piece but I found that unnecessary. Perfect fit, perfect price, perfect looks. You can't beat perfect.

Comments about Musician's Gear Baritone Ukulele Case:

This baritone case fits my Fender nohea concert uke. There was no case available anywhere that I could find on the Internet. When I explained my need to the folks at Musicians Friend. I asked for a tenor case. I did tell them what I was going to try it for. They, for their reasons, shipped me a baritone uke case. I am so glad they did. with a strip of foam at the body end of the case, I now have a fine case that will protect this instrument. The case was delivered quickly in perfect condition at the agreed upon low price. I definitely recommend these folks.

The Lid doesn't line up well and you have to maneuver the lid into place every time you close it. I'm not sure that it will last good, but it was only [$] so what can you expect?
