Worthless

By SouthFLSteve

from Florida

Comments about Musician's Gear Economy Molded Electric Guitar Case:

Don't expect this case to provide much protection for your guitar. I only have a Squier and I'd be nervous traveling with this thing. It's OK for storing your guitar around the house but it is made of very thin plastic and cheap lining which will not withstand travel between gigs very well. Don't even think about putting it on an airplane. And the handle of mine arrived filthy, as if someone dipped it in mud. Buyer beware...either spend an extra $100 for a nice case of get a gig bag.

Flimsy Garbage

By Me-jH_AO

from michigan

Comments about Musician's Gear Economy Molded Electric Guitar Case:

This thing is absolutely garbage. It is a flimsy feeling plastic shell that feels like a CD case. It would break if anything fell onto it very easily. The padding is literally styrofoam and it is barely hot-glued onto the flimsy shell. It fell out and I had to reglue it. Also, it is very short, you will have no room (longways) if you want to use this for different guitars. I have a strat copy and a Tele and the tele has 1/4-1/2" room and the strat touches headstok tip to strap pin.Don't buy. It's horrendously. I paid $31. I regret it and wish I'd have returned it immediately. It's worth maybe a few dollars

Needs work to fit a Les Paul

By Back Porch Band

from Plattsburgh, NY

Comments about Musician's Gear Economy Molded Electric Guitar Case:

Needs work to fit a Les Paul, but can be done. I wanted a sturdy rectangular case for my LP and had hoped that this would fit as is. When it arrived, I found it needed to be worked to fit the LP. Not too hard to take the lining out and then carve out the styrofoam to fit. While I was at it, I made the storage compartment deeper too. For the price, I am satisfied.

Not very good

By Cattle7

from Boston

Comments about Musician's Gear Economy Molded Electric Guitar Case:

I rarely leave any negative feedback to anything, just letting things go is more my style. However since there are no other reviews on this product I felt I should say something. I ordered this product hoping to save on a Fender hardshell case, but this case is bad. The top part of the padding/lining has already come off 2 days after I recieved it, it sort of hangs down and isnt attached to the top of the case anymore. I fixed it for the time being with some tape but it is very very cheaply made. I understand it is a universal case but the guitar does not fit anywhere near snug inside. It does not smell funny though. This is a lot to spend on something that is this cheaply made IMO, if I could do it again I would have spent the extra $ to get an official Fender case.

Great Value for the Money

By KEG

from Chicago

Comments about Musician's Gear Economy Molded Electric Guitar Case:

This is a great value for the price. The overall quality is good, especially suited for the home musician. I bought it for a PRS Custom and it fits perfect. The lining will protect the finish and ABS shell will protect the integrity of your guitar. The profile is thin so it is space saving. It really beats gig bags. The thin profile does limit storage somewhat. The compartment on the inside of the case is really only good for picks, tremelo arms, cleaning cloths and other small items because of the lack of depth. I would definately recommend it for home use and light travel.
