Nice little bag for the money. Side storage compartment is larger than what is found on a lot of hard cases. My only complaint is when I received it, it was covered with some kind of white mold or mildew or something. I'm not really sure what the contaminate was. I thought about returning it but instead I just threw it in the washing machine with some detergent and ammonia and all the stuff came off and I now had a new clean Gig Bag. It appeared that the bag had been laying around in stock for quite awhile. Even with this slight inconvenience I am more than happy with this Gig Bag. I just wish I new what it was covered with when I got it. This thing is a great value for the money and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I just hope you get a clean one.
Nice little Gig Bag. Large enough to accomodate any size mandolin. Convenient zippered side pocket that's great for storing extra sets of strings, picks, pitch pipe or whatever. Many solid cases out there don't even have this much storage space. I was surprised how well it was made. The outer covering is almost canvas like and appears to be very durable. The padding inside seems adequate enough to give you good protection for just toting your mandolin around. It is not enough to survive the baggage compartment of a bus or airplane. The stitching is neatly done and the zippers are just short of heavy duty.
Overall it is nicely done all the way around. A little more Gig Bag than I thought it would be.
Good value for the money. Bought it on sale. I would have bought it even if it wasn't on sale and would have been more than satisfied.

I don't have the time to keep sending NEW merchandise back and forth. Consider the price and the old saying, "you get what you pay for". Dust included, no extra charge.

Zipper broke. Not cool!
The bag itself it great - protects my new mandolin pretty decently for a soft case. The side pocket is nice, too. However, I've had the case for about three weeks or so and the zipper tab just snapped in half. So unless I go get it repaired, it's useless.

Excellent Mandolin Gig Bag for the cost. Roomy zipper pocket to carry extras and adequate padding to protect the instrument. Nice nylon handles and carring strap as well.
I liked everything about this gig bag except the quality of the zippers. The first time I used the zipper pocket the zipper came off. My wife was able to put it back on and add zipper stops at both ends which were not present.
Great price. Just what I was looking for.

This is a quality softbag and has above average stiching, the case is made of nylon and is well padded. It contains pockets for storage and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The interior is lined with a soft covering that shouldn't scratch the finish. The price is downright reasonable too.
The mandolin bag was a good bag to go with their Rogue mandolin. It is well padded and has storage pockets for accessories. It provides good protection for the instrument, as well as any softbag does.
The construction is very good. There are carrying straps made of good quality nylon and it zips easily and quickly.
These bags are not meant to protect an instrument from a serious fall or a bar fight, but they are very good at keeping your instrument ding free while it rides in your auto and while you're moving it from location to location. The outside is water resistant so it won't ruin your instrument while you dash from your car to your gig.

I bought this for my husband's A-style mandolin. It is lightly padded with a zippered pocket outside for picks, etc. It has a shoulder strap to carry over the shoulder. It is a decent bag that does what we need it to do. It's worth the price I paid.

I purchased a Musician's Gear Mandolin Bag for my 11-year-old nephew for Christmas. It's perfect. Roomy and well-padded, it provides excellent protection for his instrument.
