If you're looking for pretty wires and stuff, then here's what you need. However, If your serious about being heard, turn around and run away from these cables as fast as you can!! I ordered 3 when they first come on the market. One didn't work at all and the other two did nothing but add massive buzz and static to the signal. About the only thing that's any good are the 1/4" ends. But then why go to the trouble?
I bought this because I liked the idea of having different colored cables from everyone else in the band. Its easier to make sure no one accidentally takes my cables home. The only problem was that this cable has a lot of buzz. The colors are nice looking but I just can't live with the extra noise.
I bought 4 of these cables. Two 3ft, One 10ft, and One 20ft. The 3ft green one is bright green while the 20ft green one came in a darkish green not anything near the color in the picture. The ten ft one came broken. I had to fix it myself. If I could go back I would buy the horizon colored cables before these ones.
These are good cables, but they buzz sometimes. I would recommend them to hobbyist because they aren't the best
I ordered the "neon" blue... Its far from being neon, more of a pale blue. So don't get them thinking they are going to be brightly colored. Otherwise they function like any standard cable. The threading is on the cheap side though...
I purchased 5 of these chords around 3 years ago. They are still going strong with no shorts. They have lasted longer than most chords I have purchased. The different colors allows me to trace my signal path with ease. The price is great too. In my opinion Theses chords are A greater value than the monster cables.
