I bought this stand for a compact way to hold three of my guitars. I didn't want to spend a lot on a stand because I feel they all are the same for the most part. This stand arrived fast, easy to set up kinda smelled but not enough to care, and it holds up nicely. It doesn't feel as sturdy as more expensive but it dose the job. Huge plus is held my Epiphone slasher.

This is an inexpensive stand constructed better than other multi-guitar stands that I have owned in the past. I have acoustic guitars and the bodies and headstocks touch with no way of adjusting the height of the neck support of overcome the issue. However, using the rubber that is intended to keep the neck inside the support, positioning the rubber half way across the u shaped support and resting the neck on the rubber, the bodies and headstocks do not touch. This will resolve the guitars from touching and there is enough of the neck support left to keep the instruments in position. Down side is someone walking by could knock it off the stand. I'm not totally dissapoiinted in this stand but wish I could use it as it was designed. Electric guitars may not have this issue due to the thinner bodies.
Three acoustic guitars do fit on this stand however the bodies and headstocks touch. Adjusting the height of the neck support does not resolve the issue. I don't own electric guitars, it may not be an issue with the smaller guitar body.
The construction of this stand is far better than other multiple guitar stands I have owned in the past.
Based on the price, this in an inexpensive stand made of durable materials. It can be adapted to allow acoustic guitars without them touching.

this was cheap...thats the reason i bought it!...i wanted to use it for our Church band...it will work for 3 electric guitars...but try using a couple acoustics, and the headstocks hit!....so i took it home and re-worked it (ya gotta be a welder to do this) and now i can use it!...but i would not put an expensive guitar on it!

Comments about Musician's Gear Triple Guitar Stand:

The neck retainer and lower cradle foam is specifically harmful to nitro-cellulose finishes. The foam can easily be replaced by plastic tubing.

This is a neck-retained system, not a headstock hanging type. Retainer to Cradle distance is 21" minimum to 26" fully extended. The foldable tripod legs extend 12" from center for a total distance of 19" from a wall.

Each retainer has a very thick rubber band system that secures the neck within the retainer. The maximum inside width is 71mm with factory foam in place. A knurled thumbscrew allows each restrainer to pull away then fold down for transport. The screw is not captive and can be lost.

Lower cradles are removable and pivot around a center point to accommodate asymmetric lower bodies. These are also covered with foam that is harmful to nitro cellulose finishes. Welds for the upper retainer brackets are solidly arc-welded to the center tube. However, the stubs for the cradles are very poorly tack-welded to the center tube, at top and bottom only. This is a very weak point that will carry the full weight of each guitar.

Its a good stand for a good price. I've used a lot of different stands and they all do their job so I didn't expect anything different in this one. Its a functional item and provides easy access to three guitars. In the studio this is always a good device to save time.

Comments about Musician's Gear Triple Guitar Stand:

The item arrived with a missing screw that fixes one of the guitar neck holders. One screw that functions to fix the height of the mainstay arrived broken. Their is a piece of metal to carry the stand. Good idea, but it is skew.
The guitar holder forks are of bad quality.
          Overall, bad quality.

Was cleaning up the music room and needed a stand to keep a few things organized. Seems fine for everyday for guitars that are getting used. A fine instrument needs to be in its case... players need to be handy.

Comments about Musician's Gear Triple Guitar Stand:

I needed another guitar stand because I don't want to pack around the old one I've had since 1987 and decided to get this three guitar stand so when I jam with other fellas they can use it too. As a bass player looking for a gig you want to seem and be prepared and even have something extra to offer so it makes someone else's life easy too.
