One of the better deals for guitar stands. Most useful for studio or situations where it will not be moved around too much or packed with other heavy equipment. I would not recommend bringing to gigs, it won't last too long that way. Also, you'll need to cover the padding with something if your instrument has a nitro-cellulose laquer finish.
Extends to a decent height, neck rest can be set high enough to clear a jumbo acoustic body. Comes with a slip-on rubber retainer to help keep guitar from falling forward out of the stand if bumped from behind.
Lightweight, thin, cheaper metal. The #1 problem is the material used for the padding cannot come in contact with nitro-cellulose laquer finished instruments or it can discolor it. This means no vintage Fender, no Gibson, no Gretsch (which is what I own and use). Only modern Fender and budget guitars should be set on this stand as it comes from the factory.
My workaround is I went to the craft/hobby store and bought some stick-on felt and have glued that over the foam padding. Not sure I would trust these at a gig. They are thin flimsy metal and could be easily bent just packing them in your car/truck with an amp cabinet. I use them in a studio where they aren't subjected to being thrown around with heavier equipment.
For the money, it's a screamin' deal.

Because of the obvious damage to one of the stands, I can't rate them any higher. The main support tube on the damaged stand--near the adjustment knob--was literally crushed and completely trashed! But, considering I paid only about $7 per stand, it's not worth the hassle of sending it back, etc.
I would buy with some caution. These are *very* inexpensive stands and sometimes--you get what you pay for.
I purchased the 2 pack of stands. I'll give this a high over-all rating, as you just can't beat the price for a 2-pack of guitar stands!
I'm only giving these stands a "5" rating, as one of the stands was badly damaged and not useable. It appears the damage occurred during the manufacturing process & not in shipping. I can't believe it made it all the way to a customer! The damage was painfully obvious, even without opening the plastic bag.
Otherwise, the quality isn't bad--at this price point. Sturdy metal construction, with decent padding where it's needed. The stands do seem to be a little front-heavy, however. Some guitars might be off balance & prone to tipping over! I had to be careful in how I placed my Strat on the stand, as it seemed to want to tip forward. If you're careful, it should be fine, however.
These are not bad stands for the price! They are functional and seem sturdy enough. Other than the damaged stand, no quality concerns.

I have a few of these type of stands. they are easy to assemble and make access easy. I did have one that the foam on the neck support pulled out part way when openning the catch. I just pushed it back on with no issues. Only using at home.

Tag warns that foam cover may cause discoloration of guitar finish. Solved that by covering with black electrical tape any surface that would touch the guitar. Unnoticeable.

These stands arrived early and were perfect for my childrens' first guitars. They are secure, stable and easy to put together. One guitar stand is in the living room and we have had no accidents; not even the dog has knocked it over. I would reccomend these.
