Great Dual Functionality! I just used it recently at a Live Studio Session and I wasn't leaning over as much thanks to the stand function of the case. I use this for my Native Instruments F1.The foam supports and the cable bag are great quality and I would get it again if I get the X1.

For the retail price, I don't think it's worth it; however, if you've invested in a professional mixer and & turntables/cdj's, it will make your setup look more professional. They should drop the price of this down a bit and make one for a bit more that's of a hard plastic with brushed metal sides for looks and durability, but for the moment we have no choice.

If you used the original Traktor bag, this is much improved. It's a bit more stable and much easier to get the controller out of the bag. The original was too tight around the corner and you would have to pry out the controller, and usually rip the lining in the mean time.
This bag is in two halves that slide in and out of each other easily. You simple slide the lid off and flip it inside the base. The controller then rests on the inside of the lid, which has two strong foam ridges that the feet of the controller fit in between.
There are only two design issues.
1) The controller doesn't line up as flush with the mixer as the previous design, which had thinner walls since it didn't rely on having the lid being inside the base. You basically have a double thick wall now.
2) The usb cord goes slightly below the top of the edge of the bag. The lid sits slightly recessed into the base with the foam rails proppring the controller up. But the controller sits about a half an inch or so below the edge of the wall. The cord causes the controller to wobble slightly near the top. They should have cut a small groove into the edge for the cord. You could probably do this yourself though.
Over all, this makes traveling with the F1 and X1 easier. You can quickly get the right height and protection. It does make the booth a little more crowded than the previous bag's design due to the increased thickness, but it's massively easier to use without the velcro and poor fit of the previous bag.
